The string of 3 HA tag can enhance the binding affinity to anti-HA antibodies and therefore facilitate detection and purification of the tagged protein. If the C-terminal tagging interferes with the protein’s function, you can choose the N-terminal 3XHA-tagging vector, PS100066. V2_F Primer can be used to sequence the target sequence after cloning. XL39_R Primer can be used to sequence the target sequence after cloning.
