Features	This Lenti vector is a third generation lentiviral vector. The ORF cloned in this vector can be expressed as a tagged fusion protein with C-terminal Myc-DDK tag. The expression of the cloned ORF is driven by human synapsin I promoter, a neuron specific promoter. P2A-Puro is within the Lentiviral packaging cassette and would allow puromycin selection in both the transfected and the transduced cells. A brief lentiviral packaging protocol is provided. E. Coli. selection: Chloramphenicol (34ug/ml) All OriGene's TrueORF clone can be shuttled into this vector via PrecisionShuttling, a simple cut-and-ligation process. Syn_F Primer can be used to sequence the target sequence after cloning. P2A-DDK_R Primer can be used to sequence the target sequence after cloning.
