Summary	This gene encodes a protein that is related to the cyclic AMP dependent protein kinase regulators. Naturally occurring mutations in this gene are associated with an increased risk for severe toxicities, such as diarrhea and neutropenia, in patients undergoing chemotherapeutic treatment.
