Recommend Dilution	Suitable for Immunoblotting (Western or Dot blot), ELISA and immunohistochemistry as well as other phosphatase-antibody based enzymatic assays requiring extremely low background levels, absence of F(c) mediated binding, lot-to-lot consistency, high titer and specificity. Recommended Dilutions: ELISA: 1/7,500-1/30,000. Western Blot: 1/1000-1/5000. Immunohistochemistry: 1/200-1/1000. Note: This product has been assayed against 1.0 µg of Human IgM in a standard capture ELISA using pNPP p-nitrophenyl phosphate as a substrate for 30 minutes at room temperature. A working dilution of 1/5,000 to 1/50,000 is suggested for this product.
