| Product Name | Mouse IgG (H+L chain), adsorbed Donkey Polyclonal Antibody |
| Recommend Dilution | Suitable for Immunoblotting (1/2,000-1/20,000 for Western blot), ELISA (1/180,000), Immunoperoxidase electron microscopy and Immunohistochemistry (1/1,000-1/5,000) as well as other peroxidase-antibody based enzymatic assays requiring lot-to-lot consistency. Recommended Dilutions: This product has been assayed against 1.0 µg of Mouse IgG in a standard capture ELISA using ABTS (2,2'-azino-bis-[3-ethylbenthiazoline-6-sulfonic acid]) as a substrate for 30 minutes at room temperature. A working dilution of 1/20,000 to 1/80,000 of the reconstitution concentration is suggested for this product. |
