Immunogen	This antibody was raised by immunizing mice with human IL-8 (interleukin-8) receptor, type B.
Specificity	HC2 recognizes human C-X-C chemokine receptor type 2, (CXCR2). CD182 is a 360 amino acid multipass membrane glcycoprotein and is expressed by neutrophils and monocytes, as well as by some subsets of T cells and endothelial cells. This antibody can be used in the detection and analysis of IL-8RB via flow cytometry (Zahn et al., 1997).
