Background	The RFamide peptide family, or the RFamide-related peptides (RFRPs), are a family of neuropeptides. They are characterized by the possession of an Arg-Phe-NH2 motif at their C-terminal extremities. These peptides comprise neuropeptides FF (NPFF) and AF (NPAF), neuropeptides SF (NPSF or RFRP-1) and VF (NPVF or RFRP-3), prolactin-releasing peptide, and Kisspeptin. This antibody was generated by immunization of rabbits with H-Leu-Pro-Leu-Arg-Phe-NH2 coupled to a carrier protein.
