Note	Protocol for paraffin sections, without antigen retrieval: Deparaffinized and rehydrate sections. Block sections in 0.1% BSA with 0.25% triton-X-100 in 0.1M tris-saline + 5% horse serum for 1 hr at RT. Dilute PROX1 antibody 1:1000 in 0.1% BSA with 0.25% triton-X-100 in 0.1M tris-saline and incubate overnight at 4 C. Wash 2 x 10 min in 0.1% BSA with 0.25% triton-X-100 in 0.1M tris-saline + 1% horse serum Incubate in biotinylated secondary at 1:5000 dilution for 1 hr at RT Wash 2 x 10 min 0.1% BSA with 0.25% triton-X-100 in 0.1M tris-saline + 1% horse serum Incubate in ABC-HRP reagent for 1hr at RT Wash 2 x 10 min 0.1% BSA with 0.25% triton-X-100 in 0.1M tris-saline Incubate in DAB for 6 minutes.
