Immunohistochemistry on Frozen Sections: The epitope recognised by this antibody is reported to be sensitive to formaldehyde fixation and tissue processing. We recommends the use of acetone fixation for frozen sections.  Recommended Positive Control: Thymus. Immunoprecipitation.
