Recommend Dilution	Western blot: 1/500-1/3,000. Immunohistochemistry: Paraffin (FFPE) or Frozen sections; 1/100 suggested to begin. ELISA: 1/5,000-1/25,000. This product has been assayed against 1.0 ug of Pepsin [Porcine stomach] in a standard sandwich ELISA using Peroxidase conjugated affinity purified anti-goat IgG [H&L] (rabbit) and ABTS (2,2'-azino-bis-[3-ethylbenthiazoline-6-sulfonic acid]) as a substrate for 30 minutes at room temperature. A working dilution of 1/3,000 to 1/11,000 of the reconstitution concentration is suggested for this product.

Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
