Recommend Dilution	Western Blot: 1/200-1/1,000. ELISA: 1/2,000-1/10,000. Anti Alkaline phosphatase has been assayed against 1.0 µg of Alkaline phosphatase [E.coli] in a standard capture ELISA using ABTS as a substrate for 30 minutes at room temperature. A working dilution of 1/3,500 to 1/15,000 of the reconstitution concentration is suggested.
