Specificity	Shows only the SSA precipitate band when tested using double immunodiffusion against bovine spleen extract. Product shows no reactivity at a dilution of 1/100 when tested against purified SSB-2 EU/ml, Scl-2 EU/ml, Sm -2 EU/ml, Sm/RNP-4EU/ml, and Jo-1-4 EU/ml. antigens in an ELISA system designed to detect all IgG subclasses.

Reconstitution Method	Restore with 2 ml deionized water.

Storage Condition	Store lyophilized at 2-8°C for 6 months or at -20°C long term. After reconstitution store the antibody undiluted at 2-8°C for one month or (in aliquots) at -20°C long term. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
