Recommend Dilution	Peptide ELISA: 1/128000. Western blot: Preliminary experiments gave an approx 110kDa band in Human Liver lysates and in lysates of hepatoblastoma cell line HEPG2 after 0.03 µg/ml antibody staining. Please note that currently we cannot find an explanation in the literature for the band we observe given the calculated size of 79.1kDa according to NP_073587.1. The 110kDa band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide. Immunofluorescence: Anonymous customer has confirmed specificity by siRNA-mediated PARP2 knockdown.
