Recommend Dilution	ELISA. Dot blot. Immunoblotting. Indirect Immunofluorescence. Can be used to sensitize cells in haemolytic complement assays and for screening of T and T receptor-bearing lymphocytes. Antibody titre: Hemolytic titre at which 50% lysis occurs following mixing of equal volumes of antiserum, guinea pig complement (at a dilution of 1/60) and 108 RBC/ml not less than 1/3,000 when tested with Sheep Erythrocytes.
