Recommend Dilution	Peptide ELISA: 1/2000 (Detection Limit). Western Blot: Preliminary experiments gave an approx 80kDa band in Human Spleen and Testis lysates after 1 µg/ml antibody staining. Please note that currently we cannot find an explanation in the literature for the band we observe given the calculated size of 106kDa according to NP_004612.2. The 80kDa band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide. This antibody has been proven to specifically react to TRPC6 in Flow Cytometry.
