Recommend Dilution	The antibody is useful for the identification of HLA-D positive molecules using either microcytotoxicity testing or immunofluorescence/immunoperoxidase procedures. Furthermore, it was found useful for studies on functional aspects of MHC class II molecules. For use in regular immunofluorescence and microcytotoxicity methods, dilution of 1/5, preferably in PBS plus 1% BSA and 0.01% Sodium Azide is a recommended. Recommended Dilutions: Immunofluorescence/Immunocytochemistry: 1/10-1/2000. Immunohistochemistry on Frozen Sections: 1/10-1/2000.
