Secondary Antibodies

Mouse IgG (H+L chain) rabbit polyclonal antibody, Texas Red

Applications Suitable for Immunomicroscopy and flow cytometry or FACS analysis as well as other antibody based fluorescent assays requiring high titer binding and lot-to-lot consistency.
Recommended Dilutions:
IF Microscopy : 1:500 - 1:2,500
Other Dilution: User Optimized
Reactivities Mouse
Conjugation Texas Red

Mouse IgM goat polyclonal antibody, APC

Applications Immunofluorescence.
Reactivities Mouse
Conjugation APC

Mouse IgG (Fc specific), F(ab)2 Fragment, adsorbed goat polyclonal antibody, PE

Applications Suitable for Immunomicroscopy and Flow Cytometry or FACS analysis as well as other antibody based fluorescent assays requiring extremely low background levels, absence of F(c) mediated binding, lot-to-lot consistency, high titer and specificity. The maximum amount of reagent required to stain 1 x 106 cells in Flow Cytometry is approximately 1.0 µg of antibody conjugate. Lesser amounts of reagent may be sufficient for staining. As a general guideline dilutions of 1/100 to 1/250 should be suitable for most applications.
Recommended Dilutions
Immunofluorescence: 1/100-1/250.
Flow Cytometry: 1/100-1/250.
Reactivities Mouse
Conjugation PE
